Rental of Alert Patrol Boat Bid Evaluation Results Announcement

Our company, China Harbor Engineering Company, conducted a bidding process for rental of alert patrol boat. The bidding process began on January 25, 2025, with thetender documents being issued. A total of three suppliers purchased the tenderdocuments. The deadline for bid submission was February 5, 2025, and threesuppliers participated in the bidding process. The public bid opening wasconducted on February 5, 2025, using the Supply Chain Management System of CCCC (******).

According to the evaluation method and the determinationof the winning candidates specified in the tender documents, the evaluationcommittee reviewed and recommended:

Taxed Total Bid Amount: PHP 58,173,900.00

Tax rate: 12%

Third Winning Candidate: SEAWORTHY SHIPS SUPPLIESAND EQUIPMENT TRADING

Taxed Total Bid Amount: PHP 60,415,020.00

Tax rate: 12%
